My dog has green poop and yellow foam vomit. When to see vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Poodle | Male | neutered | 1 year and 9 months old | 4.2 lbs

My dogs stool is green and has been vomiting yellow foam. Should I take him to the vet?

Oh no, poor Domino! Yes I would take him into the vet. His stool could be green from eating grass due to nausea, which is a common behavior when dogs feel ill. The vet can diagnose what is causing his symptoms so he can be treated.

    Well, either is a possibility. How is he acting? Active and normal? If so you could try waiting it out a bit and see how he does. If he does not vomit the rest of the day you could try a bland diet such as boiled chicken and rice for dinner this evening. However if it continues he should be seen. If he is quiet or lethargic, or if he has diarrhea then I would encourage you to have him evaluated by your veterinarian soon. Best of luck and I hope he improves soon.
