Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | spayed | 10 years and 7 months old | 50 lbs
Hello. I have a ten year old female golden retriever. I found this..sack of loose skin on her upper part of the belly. I dont know a better way to explain how it looks but I attached some photos. I am concerned and would be thankful for help.

It looks like Pia has a growth on her belly, and it could simply be a benign growth. I would have her seen by a vet for it. Any suspicious growths should be examined by the vet. The vet can perform a test called a fine needle aspirate on it. To do this, the vet sticks a small needle into the growth to get a sample of it's cells, and examines the cells on a slide under a microscope. It's usually painless to the animal, and relatively quick to perform. The vet can diagnose what is causing the growth and if it needs to be removed or not.
