My 5 week old kitten may have climbed up on my bed and fallen off and hit something he used to run around fine and climb great he has progressively loss the use of his back legs he drags them now but he responds to feet tickling on both side as well as gently moves them on times but cannot walk if i stand him up he simply falls and drags his legs to one side. Heavy breathing as well as lack of appetite are present, he cannot meow unless he is picked up and he is still actively playing with toys

Oh no, poor Fors! I'm sorry to hear that he isn't feeling well. Fors' appetite changes and heavy breathing could be a sign of pain. I'm gland to hear that he has sensation and the ability to move his feet, but being unable to walk and falling over are certainly not normal and could be due to a fracture (leg, pelvis or back) or progressive neurologic disease. At this point, Fors should be examined by a vet immediately so that he can be examined and have any necessary diagnostics and treatments performed. I hope that all goes well!
