What's this painless fluid lump on my dog's neck and shoulders?

My dog has a large gathering of fluid above her shoulders on her neck. It moves to both sides of her neck and doesn't seem to hurt her what is it and what can I do it make it go away. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 24 lbs

This fluid filled swelling above Ori's shoulder could be due to a cyst or an abscess. She should see a vet for this so it can be diagnosed in order to be treated properly. Both a cyst and an abscess will required sterile draining, and an abscess will require antibiotics to treat the infection. I would bring Ori into the vet first thing Monday.
