What's a red bump with a black center between my dog's paw pads?

My dog has a bump in between the pads on her paws it's slightly red and has a brownish black center. Pet's info: Dog | German Shorthaired Pointer (duplicate) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 6 months old | 36 lbs

This looks infected and possibly has a foreign body inside the bump, i would strongly recommend taking Clover to the vet in order to get it checked and treated, it might require some sedation if a foreign body is suspected.
