My 3 year old Silver Tabby has had crystals, had the op 5 months now and is on urine diet. He throws up white foam only, he's lost a lot of weight and loss of appetite. He's extremely tired and weak. He is dehydrated despite urine pouches. Eats regularly. He's shows sign of fatigue. He sleeps a lot more so maybe depression? Three days ago I noticed an increased heart rate. He has had difficulty breathing as if it could be an anxiety attack. He also has black feces. He now walks at slower pace.

These are very serious signs and require urgent vet assessment. It sounds like he has a bleed in the stomach or bowel and i would recommend blood tests to rule out internal complicating factors such as kidney or liver disease as soon as possible
