My dog is biting a sore on her leg with a lump. Is it urgent?

Hi there, I've found this small sore on my dogs upper hind leg which she seems to be biting at a lot. It has a small lump underneath but she doesn't seem to be in any pain as she allowed me to look at and clean it with saline. Do I need to have an emergancy vet look at this urgently or can it wait until Monday? She's an 8 year old GSD x Border Collie and is in otherwise great health and is still eating and drinking normally. Thank you.

IT should be fine to leave this until regular surgery hours - I would recommend bathing with saline and applying some dog-friendly antiseptic ointment to prevent infection and also applying a tick prevention product also if she walks in woodland or long grass just in case. If she develops a fever or lameness she should be seen more urgently
