Why is my 5-month puppy in pain, twitching, and struggling to walk?

Hi.I'm pritam from india.i have a dog aged almost 5 month. I dont know what happened to her.she is moaning, crying in pain.its legs and muscles are twitching.she can't walk correctly. Legs at Right sides are trembling terribly.its happening from almost 2weeks.but eating food and drinking water also.her tail is down also.its like paralysis .all this happening all time but increases when it lay down or resting. I dont know what to do. I need help.thanks

Muscles twitches can be caused by weakness or neurological problems affecting long nerves which are supplying legs and peripheral muscles in general. Unfortunately without having a look at her it is really difficult to be able to provide a more specific advice. Given her young age an infective or congenital cause is possible and I would strongly recommend a check up to be able to understand and investigate this sign.
