My cat's bandage is gone. Did she eat it? What are signs of sickness?

I forgot to remove the cat bandage this morning after getting home from the vet. I forgot to remove it..and when I got home I cannot find it... Now it is night time...and she has eaten and she has played...but still seems not perfect...what can I do....how can I know if she ate this? What are the signs she could be sick in the night? how will I know if she is okay? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 2.9 lbs

It's likely that Bella took off the bandage, but as for her eating it, that may be less likely. It's a good sign that she is eating and playing, but if she did eat it and it made her sick or caused an obstruction, you would see vomiting, anorexia, lethargy, and diarrhea. If you see any of those signs, then I would have Bella seen by a vet; otherwise, if you don't see any of those signs, she will be just fine :-)
