My Shih Tzu puppy keeps scratching me at bedtime. What does she want?

I have a Shih Tzu (4 months old) and it's the first time that I can't understand what she wants from me. She had already peed, pooped, ate, and drank but she still keeps on scratching me. I don't know what she needs. It's already time to sleep but there's something that she wants that I don't seem to get so I can give her. Please help. There is no way to know why Bella is behaving this way. I would take her outside one more time to make sure she doesn't have diarrhea or need to go again. If not, she may just be trying to get you to play with her.
