My 10 month old yorkie recently had a scab on the back of her neck. The scab is now a small lump. Should I be concerned

I would not be overly concerned about this but continue to monitor closely for any further increase in size or change in colour. Many small wounds, cysts and blocked glands will develop into small, firm noduels and most will harden and shrink down uneventfully. Any changes should be assessed by your vet however
