My puppy's neck is red and irritated from his collar. What to do?

I have a labrador puppy of 46days...He wear a coller but I see a large portion of neck has red marks and rashes...I have made the coller out and applied savlon and candid powder...what to do next? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 15 days old | 7.716 lbs

IF the irritation is where the collar was then this is probably what caused it and it should get better within a few days. if it doesn't get better then you will need to take him to the vet as it could be a more serious skin condition that will require medications.
