My chinchilla won't eat hay. Why and how can I get them to eat?

Hi, I have two chinchillas which are not eating their hay as often as before. They are perfectly fine, eating their pellets, excited for treats, drinking water, curious and their poop is fine. Any ideas on why and how to get them to eat hay again. The hay is Timothy Hay and made by Oxbow

If you measure the amount of pellets they get, and feed only what the bag says they should have for their size, instead of leaving unlimited pellets, they'll eat more hay. Don't forget chins love to chew bark off safe sticks like apple branches and this provides needed fiber and roughage for their teeth as well.
