My dog has a swollen neck, bleeding, and won't eat. What's wrong?

I have an emergency my dog has a ball in his neck and he's bleeding from the side he doesn't want to eat or play, he's 3 years old and I don't know what's wrong with him. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered

Please get him assessed by your vet as soon as possible, this painful swelling may be from internal bleeding, an abscess and infection from the wound or a ruptured salivary gland. Your vet may wish to drain and test a sample of the fluid before starting medications. Keep him fasting for 12hrs before his appointment as sedation may be required
