My 10-week-old Ragdoll kitten goes limp. Is this behavior normal?

Ragdoll kitten is 10week old. He goes limp on floor in between...similar to some ragdoll videos I saw on YouTube. But it scare the hell out of me to see him limp. Is this behavior of ragdoll normal. Pet's info: Cat | Ragdoll | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 5 days old | 13 lbs
