Why is my dog's skin red, itchy, bleeding, and face swollen?

My dog's skin is reddish because of itching and sometimes its bleeding because of too much itching, i really wanna help my dog her face is swollen. How can I help her? Pet's info: Dog | Irish Terrier | Female | 5 months and 6 days old | 9 lbs

Please get trish assessed as soon as possible by your vet to identify and treat the underlying cause as well as any infections which have developed in the damaged skin. Your vet may wish to do tests to identify any mites which may be present under the skin
