My dog vomited grass/nylon, has dark stools, but is eating. What now?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 6 months and 21 days old

Panda has just vomited grass and nylon from the lining of a old horse cover he has been suffering from loose stools today but may have done 2 dark stools this afternoon he is bright and eating what should I do next

Oh no, poor Panda! It is concerning that he had dark stools this afternoon and this can be due to blood from his GI tract. I would monitor him for now since he is bright and eating. Should he continue vomiting, becomes lethargic, continues to have diarrhea, and/or stops eating he will need to see a vet immediately.
