My dog ate a lot of grass and has diarrhea. Is a blockage likely?

how likely is he to get a blockage from grass? diarrhea today with grass in it, yesterday he ate a lot of it. probably over a hand full of it. hes been eating and drinking today and so far keeping everything down. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 1 year old | 55 lbs

It's not very likely that Spock will get a blockage from eating the grass, but if he eats enough of it, there is always a slim possibility of it happening. It's good that he's eating and drinking today and has kept everything down. If the diarrhea has passed, then he will like be just fine :-)
