Having lots of gas is not a surefire sign that Marley is pregnant. However, raising so many puppies at this age is hard on a dog. It will probably be safe , as she has had many litters already so is an experienced mother. Make sure she has proper nutrition during her pregnancy and feed her well during lactation.

She is quite old to have gotten pregnant, but it is possible. Firstly you need to have a vet confirm that she is pregnant. I would make an appointment asap to have her scanner. If she has a distended abdomen there could be other reasons at her age such as liver or kidney issues, tumours, heart problems, infection etc so if she is not pregnant, the vet can check her out whilst you are there. If she is pregnant you should see evidence of nipple enlargement.
