My puppy's poop is black/yellow on antibiotics. Should I call vet?

Question

Panda pooped normal poop yesterday but today he did 2 small black hard poop then a small soft yellow/ brown poop he is halfway through a course of antibiotics I would have thought he would have improved by now yesterday he pooped a 9.30 am then nothing till between 8 and 9.30 am today should I ring vet and book him in or see if he settles down he ate a lot of grass last night to . Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 6 months and 20 days old

I'm not sure what Panda is on antibiotics for, but I'm going to assume it was for issues with pooping. If they aren't improving things yet, it's time to ring the vet again and discuss other possible causes of these issues, including intestinal parasites and food intolerance.
