My dog accidentally ate meat with onion powder. What should I do?

I accidentally fed my dog meat that had onion powder in it. I'm worried. What should I do?

Generally, dogs need to consume at least 5% of their body weight to develop onion toxicosis. This means that Bambi will have needed to consume about 50g of onion powder to show clinical signs off illness. If you think she may have consumed this amount or if you have concerns, you should take her to an emergency veterinarian.
