My pet hamster has diarrhea. She sleeps and when we check up on her she has poop stuck to her tail area. Does she have wet tail? I'm quite worried. Lately she's been acting lazy and slower than usual.

It could be wet tail. You will need to have Hazel examined by your veterinarian or a vet experienced in treating pocket pets for confirmation. Diarrhea from any cause can be quite dangerous in hamsters, so a visit to the vet would be strongly recommended. Clean and sanitize her cage, change the bedding frequently and keep her warm and as stress free as possible until she sees the vet. Treatment may include antibiotics, anti diarrheals and fluids to prevent dehydration.
