My senior cat can't stand, is falling, and seems thinner. What do I do?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 5 lbs

Please please help I have a cat that is over 10 years a female spayed indoor cat since birth she was fine yesterday and now she can't really stand up she falls down this cat is my buddy I don't want to loose her. She is eating and drinking I have also noticed she is thinner on her backside.

Oh no, poor Spunky! She could have suffering trauma to her hips or spine causing her to be unable to stand up, or she could have a degenerative disease causing these symptoms. It is serious she can't stand, and she does need to see a vet for it. I would have her seen by a vet in the morning as it's good that she is eating and drinking. Rest her tonight, and keep her confined in a small room so she doesn't move around as much. In the morning, the vet can diagnose what is causing these problems and if there are treatment options for it.
