My 4 mth old pitbull wont eat his food but he vomits. He pees and poops fine. Drinks water like normal. And hes still playful. What can be the reason as to why he wont eat and he vomits?

Vomiting in a young dog can be caused by gastrointestinal foreign bodies, parvovirus or less likely parasitism. If Khaos is not vaccinated I would strongly advise you to have him evaluated by a veterinarian and tested for parvovirus.
