My dog is wincing, whining, has bumps, and itchy skin. What's wrong?

My dog is currently having major issues. She won't get up from resting without wincing and she whines 24/7 nonstop. She has lots and lots of bumps and itches so much to the point where her skin is sensitive. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | 85 lbs

These bumps and concurrent itchiness could be caused by fleas, mites, allergies, or a skin infection. She has to see a vet today for her issues.
