My dog is panting, drooling, and lethargic. Is it an emergency?

Pet's info: Dog | Cane Corso | Male | unneutered | 190 lbs

my canecorso (dog) is avout 9 yrs old, i went to the gym for about 4 hours came home, hes panting very badly, drooling, laying down facing the wall..which is so unusual; and hes had a previous problem with yeast build up ij his ear, he still does to this day, he looks so sad, and wont come to me when i call him. Do any of these symptoms sound like he could die over night ? please some advice would be so helpful.

Please take Brutus to an emergency vet or veterinarian right away, if you have not done so in the meantime, as these could also be signs of bloat (GDV). This would be a life-threatening emergency. An ear infection does not cause such severe signs. Panting points to pain, drooling points to a gastrointestinal problem, and considering it is a large dog. a GDV is not unlikely.
