4 oz of milk chocolate ingested by a 15 lb dog is in the region of causing toxic signs. The bumps may or may not have anything to do with ingesting the chocolate, however, it would be a good idea to have these examined by your vet. If Georgia is not showing any nervousness, hyperactivity, vomiting, diarrhea by now, then it is unlikely that she will have any ill effects from the chocolate. The bumps, however, will need to be examined. This could be an allergic reaction to the chocolate and would need to be addressed. Your vet may want to prescribe an antihistamin or steroids in that case.
