There are a couple of things this lump on Spincer's cornea could be including a limbal tumor, conjunctival tumor, choroid tumor, or an anterior uveal tumor. She will have to see a vet for this lump. The vet may have to take a tissue sample of this lump to get a definitive diagnosis on what is causing it. Once the cause is found, the vet can discuss treatment options with you. I would have Spincer seen by a vet tomorrow for this.

Although it should be ideally tested by your local vet to have a complete and definitive answer, this extra superficial tissue growing on top of the cornea seems to be an due to an excessive and chronic healing process secondary to a quite chronic corneal ulceration.
