Yes, hookworms can cause Josey to vomit, have diarrhea, and drool, but it can also be caused by a severe GI illness, eating something rotten, a foreign body, or pancreatitis. Without seeing him in person, I can't say for certain, so I do recommend Josey sees a vet as soon as possible. The vet can diagnose what is causing his symptoms so he can be treated.
