Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 6 years and 7 months old | 11 lbs
For the last 2 weeks my cat has been progressively lethargic, off his food, not drinking a lot, took him to the vet 6 days ago who prescribed antibiotics and metacam for gingivitis and 'an infection' because his temperature was slightly high, he's really not himself, his course of medication finished but he doesn't seem any better, sleeps all day, barely moves, and I'm not sure if related but I can feel small hard lumps appearing over his shoulders and above hind legs since just after this began

I"m sorry Cat isn't doing well! I would take him back into a vet today for blood tests and a urinalysis. These tests will check his organ functioning to see what could be causing his symptoms. It is concerning that he isn't improving, and he does need a recheck today. As for the hard lumps, these could be hives from an allergic reaction, but without seeing him in persons, I can't say for certain. It would be a good idea to have these checked out by a vet as well.
