My dog has Cushing's and spreading skin lesions. What treatment?

My dog has cushing disease and has lesions on her skin. They appear to be spreading what shall I treat them with? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 14 years and 7 months old

Cushing can predisposed to different type of lesions like skin infections or may cause hard lumps on skin called calcinosis cutis.
