Does dog food's fish oil oxidize and lose omega-3s if open a month?

Is possible that the fish oil that's in my dogs food could become oxidized after a while? It takes me a month to go through one small bag. will there still be the advertised amounts of omega 3's? thanks! Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Female | spayed | 4 years and 9 months old | 17 lbs

The oil should not spoil within a month. Check the sell by date on the bag. The oils should be stable until at least that date. Keep the bag in a cool dark place, and there should be no problem and the advertised amount of omega 3's should still be present.
