Is it safe to switch my dog from Atopica to Prednicare right away?

My dog was previously on prednicare the vet trialled Atopica for the last 5 weeks its not working so I want to put her back on the prednicare till I can get back to see him on Friday My question is can I just put her back on the prednicare or do I have to wait till the Atopica is out of her system? Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | spayed | 6 years and 2 months old | 14.5 lbs

I would recommend to wait until you talk to Jasmine's vet before restarting the prednicare. Chronic steroids can lead to many health issues so even if the Atopica is not working, there may be other therapies that the doctor wants to try and steroids could be contraindicated. Hope you guys can find something that keeps Jasmine comfortable.
