Chihuahua puppy has diarrhea, worms, and won't eat. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | 1 month and 14 days old | 180 lbs

Chihuahua, 45 days old got diarrehea day before yesterday, she has passed white color worms of 3-4 inches with stool this morning and didnt eat her food. What should i do now

I would get Dora a deworming treatment. It sounds like she may have roundworms, which would also cause her diarrhea. I recommend Panacur, which is an OTC deworming treatment. I'm not sure if you can get it in India, but it's worth checking. Panacur is a three day course of treatment, and Dora will need another course of treatment two weeks after the first one to kill all the worms. The first treatment kills the adults already present, while the second kills the ones who had not yet hatched at the time of the first deworming treatment. After that ,she will need to be dewormed monthly until she is six months old, then every three months thereafter.
