Dog's swollen face worsening after wasp sting. Is it an emergency?

My GSD neck was swollen - we went to the vet and they did an Xray ..they states that he ay have ate a wasp and was tung because he has fluid retention in his throat and chest...he had s steroid shot and Benadryl shot yesterday. He seems worse today and now his entire face and muzzle are swollen and seems more difficult for him to move. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 95 lbs

Oh no, poor Kratos! If he's getting worse, he needs to be back into a vet immediately. He needs further treatment, and if his face continues to swell up, he could go into respiratory distress. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
