I adopted 2 cats. Almost 2 years old burgher and sister from a family last night. I've had many cats in life all kitten's so I'm not use to older cats. They are scared, hiding andI looked online trading the first 24 his to make a small area for them. I didn't do this did I run it for my new cars ?

Congrats on your new cats! No, you didn't run it for Escher and Cringer by not putting them in a small area for the first 24 hours. Moving into a new home is stressful for any pet, and it will take them time to adjust to their new home. If you can, move them into a small room now with food, water, and litter boxes and allow them time to adjust in there. Go and visit a couple of times a day, and let them come to you. Praise them when they do and give them treats. After a few day sin this room, let them out to explore the rest of the home. They will adjust, and be sure to reinforce any interactions with you with praise and treats.
