Well, it isn't good that Nilo licked bleach. Bleach is caustic, and it can cause oral and esophageal burns. Rinse his mouth out with water, and examine his mouth to see if you see any signs of burns. It's unlikely that one lick will cause serious problems, but monitor him for now. If he develops GI upset with excessive vomiting, bloody vomit, not eating and drinking, or dark tarry stools, he will need to see a vet immediately.
