My cat has a hole in one of her breast Im guessing from the kittens little claws. What can I do to take care of it and make sure that the kittens can feed?

I would gently clean the area with warm water and antiseptic soap. Keep an eye on this hole, and if it becomes red, swollen, warm to the touch, or there is pus it is infected and Kaia will need to see a vet for antibiotics.

I would keep the kittens from nursing on the wounded nipple as it may cause an infection and is probably painful. If the wound is minor, keeping it clean and free of debris can help, however if the wound is large, growing, or looks infected, it needs to be treated by a vet.

Ouch, poor Sir Scratch! I would gently clean the area with warm water and antiseptic soap. To keep him from licking at it, you can put an Ecollar on him. You can get one at a pet store or make one at home. Keep the wound clean and dry, and monitor it for signs of infection. If you see redness, swelling, warmth to the touch, or pus, then it is infected and he will need to see the vet for antibiotics to treat it. I hope this helps!
