My dog was bitten, now has an oozing lump. Is it an abscess?

My nine year old Chihuahua was bitten by a pitbull a few days ago. When it first occurred I poured antiseptic on it then I I applied honey on it. Then a couple days later I noticed a lump like an abscess so I applied pressure to the wound and poured antiseptic on it and now it's oozing slime wat do I do. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 9 years and 6 months old | 20 lbs
