Swollen vulva, breasts, low appetite: Is my adopted dog pregnant?

Hello! We just adopted a female unspayed american pitbull from our local pound. We don't know how old she is but we are think 2-3 years old. We are also not sure if she is pregnant. She was a stray so no one knows her background story. She has a low appitite, swollen vulva, and swollen breasts. If she is we are fine with that. We just don't know if she is pregnant just because she was a stray! :)

A swollen vulva and swollen breast point to her either having had puppies very recently or she is already very pregnant and will have puppies soon. Best to have her x-rayed by your veterinarian to determine whether had puppies or how many puppies she will have and when, so you can prepare. Low appetite can also point to a pregnancy. When you take her to the vet you can also have her wormed and possibly vaccinated, if your veterinarian recommends it. This will depend on the stage of pregnancy.
