Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 10 months old | 8 lbs
My dog got his shots 3 weeks ago. He been doing this thing were he can't breathe and he does this sound were he's reaching for air. I just want to know what may he have or should I go to a vet asap. He is 1 year old

It's hard to say for sure, but what you may be describing is reverse sneezing, and it has nothing to do with vaccinations. Here is a YouTube video that demonstrates what reverse sneezing looks and sounds like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U3L4v0W2_Sw It's commonly associated with allergies, but in general it's just irritation in the back of the throat, and can also be caused by a foreign object lodged back there or a type of parasite called a nasal mite (rare). If I've completely missed the boat and this is not what Kobe is doing, I would urge you to get it checked out.
