Dog gasping for air after shots: Is it serious or reverse sneezing?

My dog got his shots 3 weeks ago. He been doing this thing were he can't breathe and he does this sound were he's reaching for air. I just want to know what may he have or should I go to a vet asap. He is 1 year old. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 10 months old | 8 lbs

It's hard to say for sure, but what you may be describing is reverse sneezing, and it has nothing to do with vaccinations.
