Why is my hamster's tummy swollen, hard, and she can't clean herself?

My hamster has a swollen tummy - she looks pregnant but shes not. Its hard and more to one side than centred. She smells of wee more now- shes urinating a lot and stretches a lot. Doesnt seem to be able to bend to clean herself. Help please :(

It sounds like either a bloat or an internal tumor, in both cases it's very bad news for her as 'hamsters usually do not recover from these conditions. you need to take her to the vet in order to have it checked ASAP.
