My Chihuahua is shaking, foaming, and spinning again. What's wrong?

My Chihuhua was fine last night, until this morning She was spinning slowly around in circles and crashing into everything. She was also foaming at the mouth and shaking. I took her to the emergency and they did some tests, and gave her activated charcoal along with some other things We got back home and started searching for things that were chewed up and found nothing She's been calm ever since we got back but a few minutes ago, the shaking and foaming returned Shes not coming when i call her. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 4 years and 3 months old | 6 lbs
