My hamster is cold, lethargic, limping, and panicking. What's wrong?

My hamster feels cold so I've had him wrapped up in a towel. He is legarthic, limping when walking and when I picked him up he strated panicking, which he has never done before. Please help me figure out what's wrong. Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Male | unneutered | 30 days old | 0 lbs

For such a young hamster these are very worrying signs, his chances of survival are not good i'm afraid, if you want to help him you must take him to the vet urgently in order to try and figure out what the problem is, his symptoms are too general to tell what it could be without checking him physically.
