My dog was spayed 5days ago her wounds seem to be rather red and seem to painful to her she holds her leg up and cries at times a little bleeding (needle point) occur she has licked at it some seeing as I wasn't told to have her in a cone but I'm concerned should I take her to her vet to double check on her healing or just get a come and wait it out a few more days ?

Take Nala into a vet immediately. The incision should not be red and painful, and I would be very concerned that it is infected from her licking at it. She needs veterinary attention now because if the incision comes apart due to infection, her entire intestinal contents will come out of her body. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
