My dog eat hay and got sick and then started shaking and could barely walk so I let him out side and he was crying a few times the I went old,to look at him he would just lay there and he could barely walk or hold his head up. Pet's info: Dog | Great Dane | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 2 months old

I would be concerned he ate something more than hay causing his symptoms, as it's very serious he can barely walk or hold his head up. He needs veterinary attention now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies.
