Pet's info: Dog | Cane Corso | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 13 days old | 15 lbs
I just acquired a 9 week old female cane corso and I'm fostering her trying to find her a home and she has two sets of paws per leg. One that faces correctly and one that faces up. Everyone I've tried to get adopt her is scared she will have problems down the road when she gets up to adult weight. Does this sound like a condition that she can live with without a huge ongoing vet bill?

Without seeing the deformities and seeing xrays it will be hard to assess whether there will be problems in the future. I suggest you take her to a veterinary orthopedic surgeon for xrays and an assessment. There may be no problem in the future, or maybe with amputation of the up-facing paws all may be fine. Please take her for a consult with a specialist. It is small money well spent.
