My dog is bored when I'm away. What toys or activities help?

My dog gets very bored when im away from home from 9-5 i call at 2-3 to check on her and she is usually fine i know i need to be with her more but she doesn't seem affected with me leaving for long periods she does get bored tho and was wondering what i could do to keep her occupied she has toys but never really plays with them when im not home but i suppose no dog would play by itself i triend penut butter in the rubber doggy tubes but she got diarrhoea could u come up with some ideas for doing. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 16 lbs

Puzzle toys that she has to solve in order to get a treat will keep Banba occupied while you are gone at work. They require that the dog has to use their mind to solve this puzzle, and they do get a reward at the end of it. There are some great ones available, but the best ones are by Nine Ottosson.
