My cat has a soft hanging stomach growth and cold paws. What's wrong?

My cat has a growth on her stomach that is soft and hanging down. And her paws are very cold. What could this mean?

I see that Spot isn't spayed, and I would be concerned that this growth is a mammary tumor. In cats, 90% of mammary tumors are malignant, so it's very important to have her seen by a vet as soon as possible. Other causes of the growth include a cyst, abscess, lipoma, or benign tumor. Cold paws can indicate a heart condition where the blood circulation to the extremities is compromised. I would have Spot seen by a vet today for these problems, they can have some very serious causes that require immediate veterinary attention. Leaving them untreated can be fatal if she has a mammary tumor and a heart condition.
