My dog has a red spot near her hip that is starting to have white head like sores. I've tried to treat it with 50/50 Apple cider vinegar and water. Help please!

Ouch, poor Poppy! This red spot could be caused by an injury or trauma, neither of which would be cured with apple cider vinegar and water. If there are white head like sores appearing on it, then I would be concerned that it is now infected, which will require antibiotics to treat. I would have her seen by a vet first thing in the morning for this. The vet can diagnose what has caused the sore, and can prescribe medications to treat it. Good luck, I hope this helps!
